The Rental Agreement below will signed by the customer upon delivery.

SAFETY RULES

1. Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
2. Flips, somersaults, and roughhousing are strictly forbidden.
3. Users may not at any time climb on netting, walls, roof or sides.
4. The moonwalk must remain plugged in at all times while in use. If it deflates, evacuate calmly, as there is no threat of injury if involuntary deflation occurs. Once the participants are safely evacuated, check to make sure the motor is on and plugged in. Check the circuit breaker. Make sure nothing is blocking the air intake on the side of the motor. Check the rear tubes of the unit for tightness on the blower. If you still are experiencing difficulties, please call the above number.
5. Only compatible age groups and size shall play in the moonwalk at the same time.  The maximum number of children of each group that should play in the moonwalk at one time are: Children 8 & Under:  10              Children 9 to 12:  6-8                  Older Teens:  4-5           No adults
6. No shoes, food, drinks, toys, sharp objects, or confetti are allowed in or around moonwalk. Absolutely NO SILLY STRING or like product, gum, candy, food or other sticky substances are allowed in the moonwalk.  If upon pick up, such cleaning is required then a $50.00 per hour cleaning fee shall be automatically imposed and collected.
7. In case of heavy rain and/or lightning, have children exit moonwalk and turn off blower. Move blower out of the water until rain stops. Then hook blower up and inflate moonwalk. Dry moonwalk to prevent slipping and children can continue playing on moonwalk.
8. Keep pets away from moonwalk.

Payment Policy: We accept cash and checks only. Payment is expected at time of delivery. There are NO REFUNDS.

Delivery Policy: Delivery is free in Gwinnett County. Outside of Gwinnett there is a delivery fee. Please call for rates. We will deliver at least 1 hour before your party. The rentals are for the day. If needed for a shorter or longer time please ask, we will work with you on delivery & pick up times.

Dry/Stakes Policy:Please turn off water sprinklers before and while moonwalk is on your property. The moonwalk must be dry upon pick up. Bouncing Buddies is not responsible for any damages caused due to staking the moonwalk to the ground.

Inclement Weather: Bouncing Buddies has the right to cancel if winds exceed 15 mph.  Customer has the right to cancel rental if inclement weather prohibits set up.  If Bouncing Buddies sets up the moonwalk, full rental price will be applied.

Cancellation: We do not require a deposit as many other companies do. We are a family owned and operated company and we do business in good faith. Please let us know as soon as you are aware that you need to cancel. Once our delivery truck is in route, cancellation will not be allowed and payment will be due.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, the customer, understand and acknowledge that play on an amusement device entails both known and unknown risks including, but not limited to, physical injury from falling, slipping, crashing or colliding, emotional injury, paralysis, distress, damage or death to any participant.  I hereby voluntarily and expressly release, indemnify, forever discharge and hold harmless BOUNCING BUDDIES from and any all liability, claims, demands, causes or rights of action whether personal to me or to a third party, which are in any way connected with participation in this activity, including those allegedly attributable to negligent acts or omissions.  Should BOUNCING BUDDIES or anyone acting on behalf of BOUNCING BUDDIES be required to incur attorney’s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I expressly agree to indemnify and hold BOUNCING BUDDIES harmless for all such fees and costs.  I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.  In consideration of being permitted by BOUNCING BUDDIES to use its equipment, the customer and its participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOUNCING BUDDIES from any and all claims which are brought by the customer and/or their participants and which are in any way connected with such use or participation.
